Sponsors & Exhibitors may drop off/set up exhibition materials from 4-7 p.m. on Sunday evening (10/27) or beginning at 7:30 a.m. on Monday morning (10/28).
Any sponsors or exhibitors planning to ship exhibition materials must complete the drayage form and send to Rachel Gonzalez, the convention services manager, via email rachel.gonzalez@hilton.com Materials may be shipped to the following address no earlier than Wednesday, October 23:
Upon to the Fox Cities Exhibition Center:
Please proceed to the loading area/driveway located on South Elm Street. The doors will be open for you to access the elevator and navigate to the lower level of the Fox Cities Exhibition Center. The Exhibition Hall will be located in Exhibition Hall A & B. Eight foot tables marked with each sponsor/exhibitor's organization name will be arranged around the perimeter of the room. Megan Otto will be on site to answer questions and assist as needed.
Suggested times to be available in your booth include:
Monday: 8 to 9 a.m. | 10 to 10:30 a.m. | 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. | 1:45 to 2 p.m. | 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 8 to 9 a.m. | 10:30 to 11 a.m. | 12 to 1:30 p.m. | 2:30 to 2:45 p.m. | 3:45 to 4 p.m. | 5 to 7 p.m.
Wednesday: 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. | 10 to 10:30 a.m. | 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
